Twin screw extruder are widely used in plastic industry,chemical industry, compounding industry,powder coating, food industry , wood plastic etc.
According to the material character, sunwin provide following line for different raw material .

1.Water cooling strand pelletizing line,This line suitable for reinforcement modification,filling modification,masterbatch and pigment blending pelletizing of most macromolecule material such as PP,PE,PET,ABS,PC,PA,POM,EVA,PMMA and PPS. This system features simple structure and convenient operation and maintenance .

2.Water-ring hot-face pelletizing line,This line is suitable for carbon black masterbatch ,thermoplastic elastomers TPE,TPR, TPU, TPV and some high filling material.

3.Air-cooling hot-face pelletzing line,This line is suitable for pelletizing material which the water strand pelletzing can not do and this material is easy to absorb water and difficult to dewater & dry. Particularly suitable for processing PVC,elastomer,cable material and high-viscosity materials,high filler and material easy to absorb water.

4.Underwater pelletizing line This series suitable for thermoplastic,elastomer,TPR,TPV,TPU,TPE,EVA,SBS etc.
