SW series conical twin screw extruder consists of extrusion system, batch dosing unit, vacuum venting unit, reducer, distribution gearbox, heating and cooling system, special screw core temperature system, electric control system including the warning unit and guarding unit of metor torque. It is especially suitable for processing pvc and directly extruded dry powder. The conical twin screws rotating in couter direction towards outside make the material flaw in an octagonal way. Thus it is satisfied with conveying, compressing, mixing, degassing, plasticizing requirement in the processing.
