Advantages of the equipment
Compared with the traditional mixing machine process, the high-speed mixer has following advantages.
(1)Short time needed for mixing, hence high yield.
(2)Manifold materials can be dry-mixed, or wet-mixed with low concentration.
(3)The mixer relies on the bottom mixing paddle to churn up the materials, then the lateral cutting knife scatter the materials to mix evenly.
The discharge port of high-speed mixer is pneumatically controlled or manually opened.
1.The high-speed mixer mainly mixes dry powder, and the main shaft is labyrinth-packed and air-tight sealed. Air-tight sealing is adopted in cleaning the equipment.
2.The high-speed mixer has small load of main shaft, with standard configuration being worm reduction gear for driving in conjunction with belt driving to raise starting torque.
3.The high-speed mixer main shaft’s speed is adjustable for driving, and cutting motor adopts constant speed drive.
Equipment use
1.Preparation: Check whether the electric line of the device is accurate, and switch on control power.
2.Start and run: Close the cover, start and run the equipment, then put in materials, the batch size≤50% of maximum volume.
3.Mixing ends and the equipment stops running, now open the discharge valve and start inching switch for blanking.
4.Clean: open the vessel cover, wash with a right amount of water, mix in an inching way to discharge the sewage.
